Aboard TF Australis, Flagship of Duceroy Felix, dignitaries and selected guests mingle awaiting the Bi Annual passing of state titles of the office of Viceroy to the next incumbent. Viceroy Schiller and Duceroy Felix are an in deep conversation in an alcove adjacent to the stage, meanwhile the guests start moving towards the area in front of the the dais where the passing of the Office of Viceroy will occur. The Ceremony marks the smooth transition of executive powers to the next in line to the Trade Federations highest office ensuring continuity of executive control.
Viceroy Schiller gracefully cedes the icons of office to Duceroy Felix who assumes the role of Viceroy, thanking Viceroy Schiller for their service in their tenure and acknowledging the applause of the gathered dignitaries as the newly appointed leader of the Trade Federation moves from the stage to mingle and greet the assembled guests.
This ceremony marks the second change in executive control since the Inner Circle was established. The Inner Circle provides a clear line of succession for the Viceroy, with each member serving a short, defined term before the next rotation in six months time. It appears that the system that Trade Federation has adopted in regard to rotating its leadership, is to date working as designed and will be carried forward at which time six months from today Duceroy Toshikhan will replace Viceroy Felix to begin his Six Month tenure.
